We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Olivit, If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@olivitstore.com. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used or opened are not returnable. If there is any issue from our side while delivering the product, we will cover the delivery charges. If the issue is from the customer’s side, the customer will be responsible for paying the delivery charges. Customers can return items within 7 days.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@olivitstore.com.
